That's the thing about being president; there are going to be people on the other side that are going to hate you and want to bring you down and that's especially true for an unlikable person like Trump. Bush and Obama never provided any ammo to the other side and Clinton was impeached basically for having consensual sex with an intern.

Trump is reckless, doesn't take advice and has put his presidency in danger for pursuing two things that had no chance of coming to fruition. The facts just do not line up for the Biden accusations and the DNC server(s) theory is nonsense and he was told that several times.

To say that Trump's current situation was avoidable is a gross understatement.

I have said for a long time now (about 2 years) that Trump will not make it out of his first term. He will either die (I really hope not, because he needs to feel the punishment that is coming his way), or resign or be removed via impeachment and conviction or by the 25th Amendment or some other legal way of which I am not aware.

Impeachment and conviction is coming his way. I do not know if he would resign if the Senate comes to him and tells him they have the votes to convict and remove, but if they do that (I assume they would tell him they have the votes to give him a chance to resign), he MAY resign. He is so illogical though, so I don't know if he will do it or not.

There is nothing "fake" about what Trump did and it's not even close. He asked a leader of another country to investigate a political opponent and a conspiracy theory. It's the real deal and any other president that did the same thing would also be facing impeachment.
