st francis used to be good however since they lost their top runner sam mickelson apparently their women have been less motivated to run well however i did hear he is coming back for track season so that’s good
Aquinas B squad at this Jayhawk invite ran crazy. They honestly have the best depth in the NAIA. I wouldn't want to race them in the JV race at Great Lakes.
Only noticeable moves for men is Embry-Riddle going from #20 to #12
Other moves include College of Idaho moving up to #3, Cumberlands moving down from #11 to #13, Spring Arbor (Now #6) and IWU (now #7) switching ranks, Olivet Nazarene going from unranked to #24, and Carrol moving down from #21 to #25.
The most predictable one was St. Francis's women tanking in polls. They went down from 11 to 20.
Olivet Nazarene went from 20 to 16. I'm not exactly sure why they moved up but if one of the ONU guys on here wants to stop spam posting about Reif or St. Francis not being holy enough, they're my guest to explain why.
Aquinas jumped from 22 to 18 after beating St. Francis and Mt. Mercy.
Huntington for obvious reasons has dropped out of the rankings entirely.
Mike Reif will run fast and make St. Francis go up in rankings because Mike is fast and Allison Ramsey
My dear friend Mike Reif… Perhaps instead of spending so much time on these message boards, you should spend more time helping your teammates stay healthy… That way the men and them women’s teams at St. Francis would not be dropping so significantly in the rankings… Your team is looking vulnerable… Let’s just say there could be some changes to who wins the CCAC conference trophies this year…
I did this ranking preseason with tiers and will do so now with the last 3 Big NAIA meets before the postseason hits. I still have a lot of questions about teams toward the top but should find out more in a few weeks. Starting with the guys.. I also brought into the equation of Nationals Qualifying and where teams are going if they're running at one of the 3 big NAIA Meets next weekend.

I think Columbia is a huge favorite in the men’s race for AMC so that should free up one of the at large bids
It's kind of a shocker to me that Goshen isn't ranked up there with Milligan and OKC after their performance at the 56th annual Bethelinian invite. Matthew was a few seconds behind some Stanford guys at Ganz Creek, if all the Goshen guys had at least a decent day, they could have potentially taken down Stanford.
