I can't recall a time in SCOTUS history where six (6) Justices signed on to a "laughable" opinion. Maybe Dred Scott back in 1850s.

Income tax is stupid and hurts the people we should be helping. Seems this way anyway. Sales Tax, property tax, plenty of other taxes to make it work.
