Tying up courts with hundreds of thousands of lawsuits from not knowing how to govern legally = inefficient. So much for DOGE.
The point of DOGE was to cut programs you don't like, as well as making the government more efficient. Why did we send $70k to Ireland for a DEI musical or $50k to Colombia for a transgender opera?

Nothing efficient about this tariff mismanagement that will tie up the courts and result in billions in legal fees. Almost as if Trump doesn’t actually care about or is incapable of efficiency.
Let say you had a friend that was going to do something illegal. So you told him what he was going to do was illegal. Then you consulted legal experts in the field and they all told him that it would be illegal. Then the courts started ruling unanimously that what he was doing was illegal. And finally the Supreme Court ruled that what he was doing is illegal.
Would you think your friend is an imbecile for still believing his actions are legal?

Does Meta have to think about if everything they do is legal? Or do they just do it – move fast and break things – and then maybe pay a fine?
Reporter: The Supreme Court justices who ruled against this the policy striking it down. Are they still invited to your state of the union next week? Trump: Barely. I couldn’t care less if they come.

Note that the first thing mentioned is "cut programs you don’t like". Efficiency never happened. The Government deficit went UP!
Meanwhile DOGE/Musk stole the data of Americans and used it for a massive surveillance program. Maga cheers "heck, yea! As long as we got rid of some fictitious DEI spending, I'll give up all my rights to Donny and his billionaire buddies!"
Like all things Trump, the tarrifs were implemented with no long term plan. He bypassed Congress because he is incapable of reason or compromise. SCROTUS has said he can’t do that, at least not with this justification.
Trump could go to Congress and explain why this is needed and how it benefits America, get their backing. He won't because tarrifs are a leverage technique to make personal business deals. He can't do that if Congress is involved.
Now he'll whine and cry all over social media, make threats, call names like the impotent, angry, senile old man he is.
General Sauer (the government's attorney in Learning Resources v. Trump) didn't even try the stupid argument you are now trying to make with rhetorical questions (which is usually a sign of a weak argument and/or a low IQ).
When did Solicitor General become a military rank?

When your signature policy - even if it has some flaws - is struck down by the Supreme Court, will you be happy?

Cry much?
Reminds me of Obama saying with or without Congress he's going ahead because he has a pen and a phone

He's the most hypocritical poster on this thread. Zero integrity. Just a biased old man who lives here and hates Trump. Cry harder
