Maybe this whole thing is an elaborate hoax. Has anyone actually met Jill, the good doctor, been to his 'clinic' or indeed, ever run the race? Maybe none of them exist. I'm pretty sure there is a Pennsylvania, though.
Congrats are in order to Dr. Austin Sedicum for finishing his 50 Miler this past weekend.

For those new to the thread, Dr. Sedicum is the coach of Jill Greenhouse, the lady going for the AR. We now know that Sedicum does exist. We are still not sure if Jill Greenhouse does. Lastly, Dr. Sedicum has some very highly suspect splits from 2 years at the Philadelphia Marathon.

Dr. Sedicum definitely exists, the race definitely exists. I registered to run it as a progression run last year, but it was snowed out and the rescheduled date fell on a more important race for me. The course is really tough..again, the men's course record holder was an OT qualifier, so a woman breaking 58 on this course would be pretty impressive...i truly think that Sedicum doesn't know what he is talking about...he's a jogger...and probably is just impressed there's a woman faster than him...but really ...even his wife is faster than him.
