All fine runners
But I give the 5K to Web, he has got the wheels and tools to run under 12:50.
In the 10k it is really a toss up bettwen Torres and Ritzhine. With TORRES getting the slight nood, due to the fact that he is very consistent and has not made in coaching changes.
The younger cat, I have read Sals training ideas. And also know that he got a lot of his training form B.Dillinger who was big into hard, training that often seems like it was painfull and over the line. So I think there is a very big question regarding his lasting power.
So Sol, at 10k you give the "nood" to Torres, eh? Excellent. But is that only if they are running in the nude? What about with clothes on? :-) Oh Sol , you know we love you.
Webb will never run near 12:50 for 5k, sorry my man.
Here are my predictions:
**This weekend:
Torres 13:23, Ritz 13:24, Webb brings a keg and watches.
** Future 1500 pr's for all:
Webb 3:29.5, Ritz: 3:36, Torres 3:38 (the last two have potential to go even a little faster, but they will not run many of 1500's, so that is why I pick those #'s)
Future final 5k pr's for all:
Ritz 13:03, Webb 13:05, Torres 13:08
future final 10k pr's for all:
Ritz 27:09, Torres 27:19, Webb 27:55 (this time Webb could go faster, but will not run many 10k's)
marathon final PR's:
Ritz: 2:07:30, Torres 2:08:30, Webb: will not run
