What a load of crap interspersed with some things that make sense, namely:
◦Don't drink tap water
I've heard credible people say that this is cancerous, but filtering will make it safe, and tap water is much more regulated than bottled water.
◦Do not drink canned or bottled juice
◦Drink no diet sodas
◦Eliminate aspartame and monosodium glutamate
◦Do not eat any artificial sweeteners
◦Don't eat in fast food restaurants
◦Do not consume hydrogenated oil
◦If you can't eat it, don't put it on your skin
Don't eat anything in a box, can, jar or package
Canned fruits and vegetables are fine, but most processed food has large quantities of salt and sugar.
◦Do not eat farm raised fish
tons of mercury and other poisons, no question.
◦Do not eat pork
don't know about toxins, but it is a heart attack in waiting.
◦Do not eat shellfish
◦Do not eat white processed sugar
◦Eat nothing that says "fat free" on the label
◦Eat nothing that says "sugar free" on the label
◦Eat nothing that says "low carbs" or "net carbs" on the label
◦Do not eat "food bars"
◦Do not eat diet or protein shakes.
◦Stop taking nonprescription and prescription drugs
probably most of these are unnecessary, but some are very, very necessary.
◦Do not use antiperspirants or deodorants
the aluminum does cause alzheimer's.
◦Stay away from psychiatrists and psychologists
hell yeah!
◦Stay away from electric tumble dryers
◦Don't use a cell phone and drive at the same time
◦Eliminate florescent lighting
(don't know if this is right, but you can use that new technology that is just now catching on, it's just a bulb and it runs electricity through a resistor! or the even newer one you can get in xmas lights now and so forth)
◦Eliminate air fresheners
◦Do not use an alarm clock
