They got divorced and then he got engaged to Sheryl Crow, then he dumped her. Then he got his new GF pregnant. So far he has not married this one. I think it is because nobody can force him to and he knows he doesn't have to.
Her life is better as LA's live-in lover than it would be if she put her foot down.
Elin Woods' knows that if she makes a big stink about anything in her marriage that she can be replaced in 2 weeks.
If this blows up into somehthing ugly, he may lose sponsors for a while (and only make $60 M this year) until he wins a big tournament and then they will seek him out again and it will all be back to normal.

Tiger Woods is the best golfer in the world. What he does off the golf course does not affect me in any way. As for everyone getting so worked up over these revelations, Men and Women(no matter if they are the president or the trash collector will continue to do this) Don't you think rather than get all worked up we should just embrace it as human nature and more on. Who friggin cares? and for the religious folks (who do this too) they merely go into their neighborhood confessional booths once a week to re-boot and then go do it all over again.

For some it apparently does not work. For others it may. For most? I don't know. But I would posit a few things.
1) Using the word "cheating" to describe this behavior is moronic. Such language implies a game (which neither sex nor marriage should be), with rules (which is no way to live or love).
2) Whether or not one has sex outside of one's primary sexual relationship (assuming one has a primary sexual relationship) is the business only of oneself and one's sexual partner. Anyone else interested is a pervert (how else would you describe someone interested in what anyone else does with their genitals?).
3) The notion that this is a moral issue on a societal level or a religious issue is absurd (see #2). It is only a moral issue insofar as it impacts those directly involved and it is only their business.
4) Humans are, to a significant degree, self creators (assuming there is such a thing as free will). As such what is realistic or not for an individual is largely a question of choice. What do you choose for yourself (don't answer that, I'm not interested)?
