    For the Record, Aaron never broke 15:00 in the 5K (I think he could run 15:30), but he ran 3:55 this year in the 1500 :D.

    I think its appropriate to start discussing NIRCA '10. Anyone know anything about the course? I really hope there is no B-team race, that would really complicate things for us again next year.
