We are missing SO many ... Andrews, Kelati, Schweizer, St. Pierre, Houlihan, Mackay, Morgan, Roe, Hertenstein, Halladay-Lowry, Donaghu, Venters, Rodenfels, Cranny, Jennings, Mitchell, Wayment, etc.
Well, a few more have entered. Kelati, Schweizer, and Venters add strength to the field.
Right now, I would say our top contenders for the 6 spots would be (in no order): Schweizer, Valby, Kelati, Venters, Hurley, and Markezich.
Others in the mix: Constein, Scrimgeour, Delay, Buchalski.
Really holding out hope that Taylor Roe enters.
The 2K field's top contenders for 2 spots should be: Mackay, Morris, Jones, Hurta-Klecker, Delay.
she's not on the declarations yet but in the post-race interview with letsrun Grace Hartman said the plan currently is for her to run USA XC to try and qualify for worlds.

Another rumor is that there is a chance of snow on Saturday morning. Most likely it'll be a snow to rain mix, but a miserable experience for athletes and spectators. Especially if there aren't any dry facilities.

It’s hard to get too excited about the U.S. women’s team. Last time, Kenyans took 1-4, and the first U.S. finisher, Kelati, was 1:48 behind the winner. We might not see much of them during the telecast.
In a dream world where all the best U.S. men are in peak fitness, they might actually take it.
I think it’s reasonable to be concerned for Taylor Roe. She went from being an above average college runner and non-factor in the Trials to an elite 1/2 marathon runner 7-8 months later? She also cut a lot of weight in a short amount of time, in addition to the obvious overtraining necessary to make that jump in performance. She doesn’t look healthy. And it’s also notable that she hasn’t posted anything on social media in over 2 months. If she’s not injured right now, it’s only a matter of time.
Still hoping for some more big names but the team potential is getting better.
Hopefully will enter: Andrews, Roe, Morgan, Hertenstein, Rodenfels, Jennings, Wayment, Cranny, Halladay-Lowry, St. Pierre, Donaghu
Fantastic to see Shelby racing a 10,000. Likely her best distance based upon what she's been saying over the years.
Note #1: NCAA Women XC Champions: Dani Jones, Weini Kelati, Parker Valby, Katelyn Tuohy, Karissa Schweizer, Edna Kurgat. (For the men, only Graham Blanks.) Likely the 6 women comprising the US team will be Shelby + 5 from this list of 6. US will finally be fielding a strong team for World XC no matter who makes it.
Note: #2: Elise & Elle have already said they will not be running USA XC.
Everyone who's anyone in American men's 10,000 racing save Grant & Connor are now entered, including top collegians Rocky Hansen.
A US team comprised of 6 from a cohort of Nico Young, Graham Blanks, Drew Hunter, Ahmed Muhammed, Parker Wolfe, Cooper Teare, Rocky Hansen, Sean McGorty certainly seems like a podium team in Tallahassee.
