We can’t prove trump colluded with all these mass shootings, either; but he’s not helping, and a normal human who was president would help.

He’s also entirely too young. I think at face value a lot of casual voters haven’t really looked up his age. At 37 he would be the youngest president ever by 6 yrs.

There are racist Democrats. There are homophobic Democrats. I would still vote for him though. Your 70 yr old grandparents who have voted straight Democrat for 52 yrs will not. That’s a generalization but I know older life long Democrats who stayed home in 2008 because they couldn’t vote for a black man. In the end that didn’t matter because the African American turnout jumped at least 5% because Obama was black.

I just think we should put forth a “safe” candidate. It’s a risk you take. Does putting forth a strong candidate who could really energize the base and increase turnout in certain segments offset the reduced turnout in other areas because of identity politics? In 2008 the increased “black vote” or more accurately the “I get to vote for the first black president” turnout offset the “I will never vote for a black president so I’ll stay at home” crowd.

Most of y’all deal in black and white when a lot of action happens in the gray area.

The correlation between truth and what Trump utters is zero. This is a firmly establish fact and has been for over three years at a minimum.

Serious question for you - When Trump says something (anything), does it impact your view of things in any way? Is his word something that you consider at all in trying to decide what has actually happened and why? I am being very sincere in asking this. Because it seems like if the answer is "yes" then you have some sort of mental disability. And I don't say that to disparage you. I really mean that. Trump has zero concern for understanding reality and zero concern for accurately reflecting reality in his utterances. Zero. It is simply irrelevant to him. Do you honestly not get that?

Actually, I read the Pulitzer Prize-winning The Executioner's Song (which is more than 1000 pages) in one day. So, since Flagpole insists he read the 488-page Mueller report he may have read that in 8 hours. Although I doubt he is a speed reader as I am.

Actually, I made my way through college without being able to read. I relied mostly on Cliffs Notes and still only had one B out of about 150 hours. What a charade I pulled on them!
