Never in the history of burglaries has anyone broken into a daycare to steal employee and enrollment records, and rip up checkbooks. https://t.co/uzfPnocc7K
He should’ve spent his time investigating all those blacks ripping off Minnesota, huh Runk?
NoYankee, I haven't read the whole transcript yet, only skimmed it and did some word searches: bathroom, Eastman, spazz, Chesebro, Nauta, lawfare, eggs. So my preliminary opinions on the Jack Straw testimony are like all of your opinions on everything: uninformed.
That said, I'm pretty shocked to see how little of substance Congressmen like Jordan asked Straw in the deposition that they demanded (with all kinds of flexing fanfare). Jordan doesn't do Jack sh!t. He dances around the subpoena of the Congress telephone records for a bit but even gives that up after about 3 questions. He never once asks hard questions about either the substance of the Fake Electors Indictment or the Bathroom Indictment. You couldn't blame the few MAGAs on earth who will ever read this for being massively disappointed in Jordan after all the rhetoric about lawfare and targeting, etc. He was either woefully unprepared for the deposition he demanded, or he's not very bright.
Smith: He (Trump) was getting calls from people he trusts, people he relies on—and he still refused to come to the aid of the people at the Capitol. That’s very important evidence for criminal intent in our case.
Liberals literally have Somalian soldiers taking roots in Minnesota and Muslim terrorist sympathizers (at best) in NYC.
True, all true. But keep in mind that Trump is building a military training facility for Islamic Qatari terrorists in Idaho. I'm not mentioning that as a whaddaboudyou, but rather pointing out the strange lapses in your thinking on these issues. Your outrage always seems so selective and exaggerated.

Maybe it’s because Gym Jordan never passed the bar and knows more about grappling with men than he knows about criminal law and DOJ policy and procedures.
Jack Smith: Our case was built on, frankly, Republicans who put their allegiance to the country before the party. And so the President got information from people he trusted on other issues. He rejected it whenever it didn't fit him staying in office. And there was a pattern in our case where any time any information came in that would mean he could no longer be President he would reject it. And any theory, no matter how far-fetched, no matter how not based in law, that would indicate that he could, he latched on to. And we had - we were confident that we had very strong proof of that pattern. He also, I would just add, very consciously did not try to reach out to the sort of people who have the most expertise on these issues. He reached out to people who he thought could back him up.
But you don't have any evidence that he instructed people to crash the Capitol, do you?
As I said, our evidence is that he in the weeks leading up to January 6th created a level of distrust. He used that level of distrust to get people to believe fraud claims that weren't true. He made false statements to State legislatures, to his supporters in all sorts of contexts and was aware in the days leading up to January 6th that his supporters were angry when he invited them and then he directed them to the Capitol.
Now, once they were at the Capitol and once the attack on the Capitol happened, he refused to stop it. He instead issued a tweet that without question in my mind endangered the life of his own Vice President. And when the violence was going on, he had to be pushed repeatedly by his staff members to do anything to quell it.
And then even afterwards he directed co-conspirators to make calls to Members Congress, people who had were his political allies, to further delay the proceedings.
Holy fvcking sh!t! You guys called that one, for sure. That's what happens when you elect a Kenyan Islamicalist. You end up with that scandalousness with the whole thing on the transgenderism.
Q (by Raskin): So going along that same theme, if we go to page 12, there's another picture, it appears, of boxes. Can you describe to us, and I believe it's in the indictment in paragraph 30, but can you describe what we see in this picture with the boxes on this page 12 of the indictment?
A Yes. I think the photo on page 12 actually refers to the paragraph before that, the paragraph 29, and this is -- the indictment lays out that these boxes were moved around to various locations where lots of people had access to them. After they were on the ballroom stage, they were in a business center, and then moved to a bathroom and shower. And you can see the shower curtain behind the boxes, and so that's the room that's referred to there.
So tonight we are learning via the WSJ article that everyone at Mar A Lago knew that Epstein was a creepy pedo. And when I say everyone that includes Marla Maples. She told the girls to stay away from him.
Yet Trump sent many of his own spa workers to Epstein’s homes to give him “massages”. That kinda weird. Isn’t it?
And one came back and told her bosses that Epstein wanted sex.

Did Raskin ask him about the toilet’s distance from the wall?
The second year of America's golden age starts in 4 hours and 27 minutes. Huzzah. Although technically the first 21 days of 2025 were under the forgetful eyes of our former Alzheimer in chief.

Or the peculiar trash can?
I think he ran short on time, and didn't get down to the minutia. But at least he asked some stuff about the Indictment. Jordan didn't ask Jack sh!t. Not a fvcking thing. All that hoopla, and he barely asked a meaningful question about anything. Even his staff, who are supposed to be prepared and were allowed to ask questions, didn't ask anything. The whole things looks like a total Jordan self-own.
Also sad. Pretty much unrebutted testimony of Trump's serious felonies, and all the retribution he took on dozens of FBI agents and DOJ attorneys who were just doing their job is pretty sickening. Trump is a horrible person, in addition to being a criminal.

When you read the details and evidence that Smith was prepared to lay out for a jury, it becomes clear that Trump was destined to spend the rest of his life in prison or solitary confinement.
It’s no wonder that Trump is now completely drunk with power, corruption, self dealing and indifference to the law after SCOTUS and Americans put him back in office.

This will not end well for America
Jack Smith represented the epitome of all the lawfare against Trump. November 5th was the real verdict for all 4 cases - and the verdict: not guilty on every count.
I realize y'all are just trolling, but--when that showed up on Facebook, there were *tons* of MAGAs who took it seriously. "Dunning-Kruger Times" means nothing to them.
Anyway, a useful reminder that half the population has two-digit IQs.
