In all seriousness, the NY case was the weakest case but the only one they were able to "stick" on him. Nobody cares that he's found guilty of 34 felonies for shoddy accounting.
The Georgia case probably was the strongest (with the documents case very close) but had the most incompetent prosecutor.
The Bathroom case was by far the strongest case of the collection of cases you are referring to. That was a slam dunk on the merits. Trump stole Top Secret documents, knowingly stored them in an unsecured bathroom, and then lied about it to law enforcement multiple times. Very serious felonies. Excusing that behavior is disgusting. MAGAs are not serious people.
The Georgia cases was the most difficult given the amount of defendants and charges. Plus retarded prosecutors.
The Fake Electors cases was the most difficult, legally and factually. It would have been a Manhattan project trying that case. But it had to be done. You can't have the leader of a Constitutional republic behaving the way Trump did circa 2020-21. America lost itself forever when the charges were dismissed.
Brazil for the win !!!
(....and I they're still 80-plus years behind on the Manhattan-type stuff....)

When you are innocent, you don't try to wipe your own security footage, and even pump water from a pool into the server room to destroy all the evidence.
But the cult members/Russian trolls on here won't care. They will defend him and collect their rubles.
This is a funny microcosm of Hillary v. Trump (although still not really close to approximating the actual difference):
Hillary, being an as*hole, pretends not to know what "wiping a server" is.
Trump, being possibly THE biggest (criminal) as*hole in history, "pumps pool water into a server room to destroy evidence" !!!
And, of course, America apparently being lesser than Brazil, fully lets him get away with it.

Deleting all references of Trump from a document production had nothing to do with Trump. It's a procedural matter. Remedial measure to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Today is the last Sunday before Christmas (J. Christ). Sabbath. Christian-Americans behave according to Sabbath tradition. They do not work, celebrate, speak in dulcet tones, or drink hard alcohol. It is a day of observant reflection on the body of J. Christ's works while he lived in Israel circa 0-32.
He lived on another continent. So who cares about him?
"In 1973 and 1976, the New York Times reported that Trump graduated first in his class in 1968 from the Wharton School of Finance."
Let's agree that he did and just let this puppy rest.
Wrong, pupneck. Todt Blanche had all the Epstein documents available when he "interviewed" Maxwell, yet never showed her or inquired about a single one during the entire two-day deposition. WTF? How can he be taken seriously as a lawyer henceforthinafter? It's almost like the whole Maxwell thing was a staged event, rather than part of a fact-finding process. Blanche is a great lawyer, but he seems to have lost his ethics. He's practicing "on the dark side" as they say in certain circles.

BTW, no way that dark-skinned Jesus gets a visa to Trumpmerica.
PROVE to me that Hillary didn't personally stack those boxes in there.
And Soros was driving the truck, of course.
100%. 99% minimum that this was an inside coup knowingly orchestrated by Democrat insiders and fully supported by their voters under any circumstance. Thus, no deals now.

Speaking of JC, "JC, you STILL can't bring yourself to SIMPLY say that Blanche is (simply) a massive POS."
First two-thirds of the post above, I thought that you were finally going to pull it off. But nope, HAD to call him "great." I'm PRETTY sure that "great lawyer" and "NO ethics" aren't SUPPOSED to go together.

Absolutely. And Schumer (nudge, nudge) turned on the spigot.

And in 1984 they reported he didn’t as the linked article showed. Just accept that Trump barely graduated, he’s a convicted felon, he’s a serial rapist, he’s a pedophile, and UT Austin is a third-tier state school. For somebody that doesn’t like Trump, you REALLY like Trump.
Tragedy Update: When foreign tourists don't visit the U.S. out of great disgust for what we've apparently become, they won't have to pay a lot more to get into our national parks (and give up their social media history, and possibly submit to full body cavity searches prior to entry).
Donald, who was graduated first in his class from the Wharton School of Finance of the University of Pennsylvania in 1968, joined his father about five years ago. He has what his father calls “drive.” He also pos sesses, in his father's judgment, business acumen. “Donald is the smartest person I know,” he remarked admiringly. “Everything he touches turns to gold.”
Donald, who grew up in the Trump built family home in Jamaica Estates, Queens, began learning the business when he was only 12. He continued helping his father make deals while a student at the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania, from which he graduated first in his class in 1968.
And in 1984 the New York Times reported that he isn’t listed as receiving any honors in his graduation program, nor is his name listed as valedictorian. So, what’s more likely - UPenn put the wrong name down for valedictorian or Donald Trump lied to the NYT about graduating first in his class?

....and yeah, you guessed it, good for you: It's called "Winning."
I could show you his actual college transcript and you still would say it wasn't true.
If you show me his actual college transcript I’ll believe you. Of course, his actual college transcript will show he managed even fewer Bs than you did.
"Univ. of Texas is a third-tier state school." How many "third-tier" state schools are in the top 50 universities in the world? I would reckon not too many. Can you list some?

Nobody on earth is more honest than Donald J Trump.

So a 1970s NYT obit writer does a soft profile on Fred Trump, for which it appears his sole sources were interviews with Fred and Donald Trump. They told him Donald graduated first in his class at Wharton. The result? He actually printed it.
Because Sally Vix seems to be fond of NYT, we can consider a New York Times article from 2015. At the time, Mr. Trump was not likely to be his party’s nominee, and hardly anyone would take him serious enough to bother trying to quash his chances. At this point, the fervor over fact-checking Mr. Trump’s lies had not yet really ramped up. This was just an early and fairly ordinary bit of fact-checking of a candidate’s statements.
The NYT article: **[over 30 years ago] Mr. Geist pointed out that “just about every profile ever written” about Mr. Trump — including stories in The New York Times in 1973 and 1976 — journalists say that he graduated first in his class at Wharton. “Although the school refused comment, the commencement program from 1968 does not list him as graduating with honors of any kind,” Mr. Geist wrote.
In August, The Daily Pennsylvanian, the University of Pennsylvania newspaper, tried to get to the bottom of whether Mr. Trump did in fact graduate first in his class at Wharton. The paper cited a 1985 Trump biography, by Jerome Tuccille, that said Mr. Trump was not an honor student and “spent a lot of time on outside business activities.” Gwenda Blair, another Trump biographer, wrote that he was able to get into Wharton only because a “friendly” admissions officer knew his older brother, Fred Trump Jr., and did him a favor. A classmate of Mr. Trump’s, Steven Perelman, told the paper, “He was not in any kind of leadership. I certainly doubt he was the smartest guy in the class.” Unless Mr. Trump releases to the public his Wharton transcripts — which he has declined to do — we won’t know for sure, of course, whether he was an all-star at Wharton or not.**
So the school lists commencement honors, but the valedictorian would not be among those listed as graduating with honors? Yeah, ok. So a handful of credulous journalists used his version of events in puff pieces? The ostensible independent verification was from other journalists who had taken their info from Trump interviews?
And then remember everything you know about the guy and have seen nearly every day for the last decade. He will lie. He will especially lie to puff himself up. And if he actually has any facts that support his favorable statements about himself, he will make sure everyone knows about it. And he has repeatedly blocked access to his transcript, and has at least refused or neglected to offer hard evidence — which could totally prove exactly what he says about his stellar performance at Wharton. If you actually think he would withhold evidence that would prove things he loves to say about himself and things his opponents would hate to see proven, you are as gullible as it gets.

Any school that allows somebody to graduate that believes Trump was first in his class at Wharton is third tier. Maybe fourth tier.

John Barron confirmed the story, so it must be true.
