The top performer is India's BSE SENSEX with a gain of 25.82%, is in second is our own S&P 500 with a gain of 23.94%, and France's CAC 40 is in third with a gain of 22.06%. Coming in last is Hong Kong's Hang Seng with a loss of 12.41%.

You could start the appointment by confessing that your obsession began over six and a half years ago when you mistakenly assumed Igy was the OP K-5. I wouldn't put too much importance on ARKK, but small caps are often thought of as a leading market indicator.
I flip between trying to decide if I should be selling or buying on that one, so i've been leaving it alone for now.
ARKK will likely hold the line as long as TSLA (10% of the fund) does well. Cathy Wood is on CNBC tomorrow discussing the fund ,so that should help. Small Caps failed significantly after a new high; not good technically. More important is market reaction to Fed speak and actions vis-a-vis inflation.
The inflation scenario now inextricably tangled in this new variant, so it may seem. Powell touched on that today.,
One could see how this very recent unease about the re-opening could wreak havoc on the small caps.
I don’t believe there is any more stomach for lockdowns.
No, but if people get skittish and a lot of them don't start venturing back out to businesses....
Or don't want to get on flights.
Or go on vacations.
However you look at it, it wouldn't be good.

at its low today the R2k was down 12% from its highs
SP500 down 4% from ATH
unweighted SP500 down 7%
clearly there has been some significant damage under the big names.
