You are missing the entire point. The fact that they originally dismissed this obvious vaccine death as something else suggests that they are likely also missing several more less obvious vaccine deaths.
Yes they are not counting most vaccine deaths because there is the convenient loophole of "you can't prove it was the vaccine" for every vaccine death. Why can't sheep grasp this fact? It's so obvious. Pharma avoids accountability regarding deaths and also can't be sued--which proves your health is irrelevant to them. Time to wake up.
As for courts striking down mandates as unconstitutional, it's happening in numerous states now, especially Florida. These mandates don't hold up in courts. The politicians are infringing upon basic human rights and freedoms and they are aware of this, but our rights are blatantly disregarded by them.
