Requiring an extra dose isn’t scientific malpractice. It’s just based on new data. The malpractice would be withholding the vaccine to see if 3 doses was necessary for lifelong protecting while we knew 2 doses was beneficial in the short term. Had that happened you’d be crying the other way :)

Most vaccine dosing schemes are empirically determined. We distributed, measure reactogenicity, boost, reassess etc.

Forcing people into taking an untested, not established vaccine technology, with no long term data on it for a virus that does not effect them is generally considered scientific malpractice. Particularly when vaccinating those not vulnerable can't even be shown to be beneficial. Now we see more and more data coming out about the spike protein being cytotoxic and even invading cell nuclei and you think rushing to get everyone injected with this new tech is a good idea? You are growing more and more dumb each day. There is still no reason to vaccinate anyone with this new tech that is outside of the vulnerable population. If you want to get everyone vaccinated then everyone else should be using the less effective but more traditional technologies. Overall, the mRNA concept is sketchy and should only be used for those in most dire need. Right now we are taking a chance with the lives of all healthy people for little to no gain in benefit. Appeasing politics, making money and easing paranoia do not count as benefits. If the young start growing ill, and cancer rates starts spiking in a few years, it is the fault of you and people naive like you are. The world is entering dangerous territory now and people should pause or demand non-mRNA non-cellularly invasive vaccines.

Your fear of mRNA vaccines is entirely dogmatic and there is zero even observational evidence of anything but extremely rare dangers from vaccination.
At what point would support mass vaccination? How many people dead from COVID would tip the scales?
