"Pandemic of the unvaccinated" CONFIRMED

No matter how many times these events occur, the vaxx believers will call it cherry picking

Any time one place comes out with data that doesn't align with basically every other study out there, it points towards data manipulation. This is a classic example of data manipulation from the pro-vaccine crowd. They understate the number of overall cases, have a data lag so that breakthrough infections appear lower, etc. Additionally, now that breakthrough infections are far outpacing reinfections, they actually stopped reporting breakthrough data because it didn't support the narrative they were trying to sell to the public (either that or their data manipulation got called out in peer review, which is more likely the case). Here is the report from mid October:

You will notice that they took out the breakthrough infection data because it would have gone against their narrative (when breakthrough cases started far outpacing reinfection cases, they decided to pull the data from their tables, plus, they likely were not accounting for breakthrough cases properly across all of their hospitals). They are basically just doing what the CDC is doing in only dispersing data propaganda that supports the narrative that they are trying to sell to the public.

Here are the most recent numbers from Mesa County, CO for the past week:

Breakthrough infection rate - 28.1 per 10K vaccinated individuals

Reinfection rate - 4.2 per 10k previously infected individuals

This data is in-line with that from Israel, the UK and basically everywhere else that did detailed surveilance.

Everybody knows that -if- you get a breakthrough infection you end up with similar viral lists -as determined by RT-PCR Ct-.

There's a ton of qualifiers there:

1) You are less likely to get an infection if you are vaccinated

2) RT-PCR does not measure live virus and there's some evidence that vaccinated people have less live virus (remember when all the deniers were screaming about RT-PCR sensitivity? Seems they have forgotten this).

3) Vaccinated people clear the infection faster, thus have a shorter infectious period.

And several more I'm not thinking of, but the point remains that denier-fearmongers are posting the same piece of data we've known for months acting like it's some bombshell. Do better!

Nobody here denies that infection gives good immunity! But the benefit of a single dose of vaccine on top of that immunity is too strong to ignore.

-Unvaccinated people were 13 times more likely to become infected with COVID-19 than fully vaccinated people.

-Unvaccinated people were 20 times more likely to experience COVID-19-associated death than fully vaccinated people.

I'm still waiting for someone of your ilk, when we can go back to normal. I got my shots. When can we expect no more pushing for covid vaccines for 5-11 year olds and even teenagers who have statistically a zero percent chance of dying from this? When can we expect masks to not be required for schools, public transportation and flying?

One of the big tools of the scammers on this is using "n times higher" language as opposed to raw data. This scares people. If people look at actual numbers they see that 13 or 20 times an infinitesimally small number is still a very tiny number.

I don't wear a mask outside of school and never have unless it was required by the state. I'm healthy and have a kickass immune system. Y'all are the ones afraid of this and you're trying to share that fear with everyone else.

The liberals like to consider facts as "misinformation." Perhaps they need to change the dictionary definition of "facts" too, just like they did for the word "vaccine" because they're out to deceive and control the flow of information like true commies.

800k excess deaths is decent enough evidence of the risk, you'd agree?

I'm not afraid of COVID. Where are you where you aren't back to normal? I can do everything I did before the pandemic? More fearmongering and victimization from the deniers (although I do agree some jurisdictions are still slow to lift restrictions).
