Not really, if you are apathetic in the existentialist sense, then you wouldn't care if God existed or not; since the OP stated that he doesn't believe in religious systems, then he has taken a position which is antithetical to apathy.

I 100% agree with you on this, it seems as if the OP is just a little kid who wants to look educated/rebellious to his Facebook friends (who are probably just as dumb as he is). He certainly hasn't thought through his position with any intellectual rigour or logical consistency. However, that doesn't mean that the discussion is without merit.
