X-Men 2. Nightcrawler assaulting the White House. It's a great, suspenseful action sequence. I was totally blown away when I first saw it.

Star Wars. It might seem likeba cliche now, it's do coped, but, at the time... wow!
The Full Metal Jacket opener was was pretty good.
First few moments of Get Him To The Greek were awesome. The rest .... Not so much.
Flight. Any movie that opens with full frontal, weed, and coke is right up there with me.

Not a cinematic masterpiece, but Way of the Gun has one of my favorite opening scenes.
