Obviously you have to find what works for you. I have had success with some work boots. My feet felt way better in boots than running shoes during jobs where I'm on my feet all day.

Buy a pair of Earth Shoes. Easily the most comfortable shoes I've ever had when standing for long periods (working in a restaurant).

I'm going to start a customer service job where I have to stand in pretty much one spot for 6-8hours with very limited break time. I need all black for my uniform. When I've had to stand in the past I'd get some ITband pain and my hip would ache. I really wanna try to prevent this at my new job so it doesn't interfere with my training. I have flat feet and over pronate moderately.
Can someone please recommend good all black shoes to wear? Do I want something with a ton of cushion or a more former shoe? I just want it to be very comfortable at work while I stand and not feel any leg problems from standing. I'm thinking a good shoe choice will help.
