If this is to happen at the 2016 trials that means there is still time to warn Raczko. Anyone seeing Scott let him know to avoid Hunters Woods Shopping Center at all costs.

2 weeks before the marathon trials, Runners World releases a interview with Webb in which he says "I am going to run for the win like Pre, and not sit and kick like those pvssies that snuck in for 2nd and 3rd in the race". Which offends Ian Stewart and Stephanie Hightower.
3 days before the trials. Hightower tries to abuse her power by getting Webb banned from the trials using an obscure rule. Webb's lawyer friend shows up to bail him out.
13 miles into the race, one of Stewart's/Hightower's goons comes onto the course and knock Webb down. However, Scott Raczko comes to the rescue and helps Webb back onto his feet and he takes off in pursuit of the leaders (Hall / Ritzenhein)
Webb catches up to Hall, but ultimately falters late in the race and hung on to 3rd. After the race he talks to his coach Alberto Salazar and "Thank god for Raczko back there"
"Alan, I checked the obituaries. Raczko died two years ago from a heart attack at a Reston Dunkin Donuts"
