Yep, the British company they buy one of the drugs from won't export it if it's going to be used for killing people.
China leads the way in total executions for sure.
But even the Chinese don't kill them like the Texans do on a per capita basis.
The next rich man that is executed will be the first one.
When the death penalty is applied to the rich -- like the ones who swindle folks out of billions, wiping people out of their life savings and resulting in a handful of suicides -- then you can carry on about deterrence and responsible societies.
