Guys, would you date/marry a girl faster than you?

slow guys are the only ones who would care about this. Fast chicks are hot and they can go on a run with you and do workouts!!

This is funny, because I'm actually trying to make this happen right now in my life. She's probably not that much faster than me though. I'll be able to beat her in a year or so, and I definitely could beat her in a mile or under.

I've been married to a woman who was faster at 100m and 200m than I and have dated someone who was faster at getting off than I. Both were wonderful experiences.

So yes, I would and have dated women faster than me.

i was a pretty decent MD runner and dated a really good 10k girl. i could take her 3k and down, but 5k and up no way. she was definitely comparatively better, but i was good enough to keep up on distance training runs, so it worked out well.

if i had been a distance guy it might have been hard to take, but i felt no shame in her being able to beat me in a 10k.

You are a complete moron. Do you have a remote clue what Adam Goucher was even WITH alot of injury problems? How many years did he train consecutively injury free?

I strongly maintain that this was the guy that was the bridge from Bob, who he had the balls to take on and beat, something no one had done for how many years in the US and the Ritz/Solinksky/Teg sub 13min guys we have now. There is no way in hell he wasn't a sub 13min guy. He absolutely could have had that record in the early 2000's and could have held that for many years.

So many of you want someone that doesn't run like a pussy and isn't afraid to move on people, well he was it. He wouldn't have sat on guys like Solinsky did all summer despite being in great shape. He would have taken his shot when given.

Let me know the next time an American gets 6th in the World XC meet. It really pains me that the guy was never healthy for an extended period of time after college because the guy has so much fire.

Kara's great, but she needs to get the American record at the marathon or an Olympic medal to equal or surpass what he has done.

Even with all his injury problems, which guy in the last 10 years has more US titles-Cross Country/Outdoor Track than this guy does? In advance Lagat obviously doesn't count.

It comes down to what you need fulfilled. The fastness gap needs to be filled in my opinion.
