This thread is teh suck!
what do you expect chips ahoy, its the summer, there is nothing to write about right now, wait till the season starts and we will see whos prepared right and will win this season, you can only guess right now, for all we know hamline and st. olaf could be sitting on there asses, but doubt there coaches would allow that, we could rank the coaches in the miac - if you read this thread i want you to rank the coaches in the miac, based on: likeablity, success, and their programs[quote]Chips Ahoy! wrote:[quote]Chips Ahoy! wrote:
i can attest that olaf and hamline are both sitting on their asses. both teams decided to make letsrun trolls do backflips when they take last in the MIAC.
also UST coach most likeable.
Dave Ricks has the best shirts though.

Way to know how many teams there are in the MIAC (there are 11, not 10).
Oh, do you still count St. Mary's? How much did your shoes cost?Kayano IX wrote:

If I may interject for a moment,
Here is the pictures of the new indoor track at St. Thomas
Lane 6 looks like it may be 6 inches from the wall but that is because the basketball team needed 2000 seats in the new arena... Lets hope Bethel or Hamline can pull the upset this year.
As far as cross goes... St. Thomas is going to fall into the crap hole, Olaf and Hamline will be close, and SJU could be nice surprise.
I am not impressed with the indoor facility they built. I was expecting a track made of gold and floating box seats with defibrillators attached just incase the alums die during games. Or even a track that could bank and unbank..

I don't remember. I bought them 7 years ago. I do still count St. Mary's, though. I think the race to not be last could fall into the hands of any of this years bottom-feeders (MAC, Bethel, Concordia, or St. Mary's), though St. Mary's they'll probably finish last anyway.
Concordia won't finish last simply because their #1 is so much better than that of the other team's. I'd say it's between St Mary's and Macalester...last year Mac had nobody behind Eckstrom and would have finished at the bottom without him.
Slob on my Cobb... I have been doing 1000 mile weeks all summer!
Saint Mary's won't get last and that's a fact
yeah.... st mary's will dominate probably, under the fashionable prowess of David Feather

yeah, he is playing soccer this year. It has always been his first love.
Olaf still wins without him. Maybe he'll run a couple of meets? The rest of the conference is that weak this year. Hope I'm wrong though.
