The Luge is Just Glorified Sledding

Someone pointed out that the problem with ESPN's rankings is that they assign equal weight to all 10 criteria. That is one big problem.

Another big problem (for distance cycling and running, particularly) is how ESPN defined ENDURANCE. They defined it so broadly that sports like figure skating were able to score very high. It doesn't boost distance running very much to be given a 9.63 when figure skating is only 3 points behind at 6.38. Is distance running really only 50% harder, in terms of endurance, than figure skating? Well, if you define "endurance" as broadly as ESPN did, then yes.

If ESPN is going to define "endurance" so retardedly, they should have created another category called "aerobic capacity".

Also, why is BALANCE completely missing from the criteria? Gymnastics got ripped off on that one.

Look at who's on their panel of experts and their biases. Gee, I wonder why baseball and football scored so high.
