I posted on Facebook yesterday that my Boston training has begun. I don't think anyone cares or that the world owes me anything. I just posted it cause isn't that the point of that status crap?

Not bad. He would have just made the top 100 at that Ageo half marathon in Japan with that time. It sounds like it was also in the 70's there this year.
JC should twitter while racing. What is the world record amount of twits during a marathon? I see some potential here for the big man.
If somebody is intentionally vague or misleading about PRs, how can you be sure claims about 140 miles weeks, 26 milers the week before marathons or great 2300-meter workouts are valid?
