Not really a big deal. It didn't bounce in the dirt, but it was going to bounce in the dirt if Pujols didn't move up so much.

what the f*** are you talking about. runners can be good at other sports. I ran cross in the fall and played baseball in the spring all 4 years of high school. all conference in both sports

Hey moron, Albert was already sitting on top of the plate when Barry did his goofy mom jean-ehanced wind up. After the ball disappeared above the camera's view (at least 10 feet in the air), Al moved up to catch it. The ball was a good foot short of the plate when he got the glove on the ground to keep it from bouncing. I'm pretty sure that counts as "digging it out of the dirt."
You either don't know anything about baseball or you watch Keith Olberman. To paraphrase you, I can't believe anyone thinks that MSNBC is unbiased.

I think Gerald Ford's athleticism has always been widely acknowledged.
I must imagine that throwing with a bullet proof vest may cause some hindrance of proper motion and or balance. Although many NFL quarterbacks play with them on so I don't know if that is a valid argument. I do know that he (The Obama) can throw a ball better than Carl Lewis though.
