Is it? How many people finished 13min 5000s in 51sec? I can't imagine there are that many. It might just be Morceli. Also, keep in mind that Bekele is coming off an injury and he is just starting his season. Given that context, 53sec beating guys who are race sharp is pretty good.
Only ones I know of have been Morceli, Lagat, and Chebii. Bekele has run 52s at the end of 5k races a few times, but 53s has usually been sufficient to beat everyone.
It's a moot point though, if Bekele runs 4:57 for the last 2k of the race like he did in the 5k in Beijing last year. No one else in the world right now can do that.
