Yeah, you are definitely a girl... or a very gender-confused guy. You write like a girl and really, honestly, no guy out there would hold a big enough grudge against an ex to try to get them reprimanded by the legal system for something they were given permission to do.
On the topic of what you can do though, the answer really is nothing. If you give someone your password, whether you later change your mind about their permission to use it doesn't matter. The fault still lies with you because if you didn't give him your password, he wouldn't have been able to break into your account. I don't care if you regret it. The legal system won't care if you regret it. The only point is that you GAVE him your password WILLINGLY at some point. Now drop this issue and go get some anger management therapy/eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's. Whichever is more your style.
