I have written this story in another place or two. I don't recall your response. Maybe I stopped looking at the thread. But I can't imagine going through anything worse than what you have. I've had no bigger fear since that run I've mentioned than losing one of my kids.
By the way, for those interested in narcissism as it applies here, it was sort of my wife's idea that I get a run in before everything hit.
