This may be a dumb question, but what type of 800 or 1500 times would be needed to get a 90%+ scholarship to UNC or another school of the same calibre. I know I could email the coach if I wanted.

fsu's published scholarship standards -- i think they give partials for slightly slower times.

kartelite or somebody else who knows:
What are the roster limits for W&M? I saw them run at the UVa invite last year, which I think was mostly their second stringers. They had hoards of runners there.
Not that anybody asked my opinion, but I think the top public Universities are a group that includes UVa, UNC, Berkeley, Michigan, maybe some others. They would be practically indistinguishable for overall reputation but might be different when you started looking at individual programs. UNC is indeed a great value for in-state or out of state students. I graduated from UVa.

you haven't run those times. you think you might be able to run those times. if you ever run those times, you won't be interested in unc.
i seriously have run those times, i have no reason to lie and i don't care if you believe me or not. why shouldn't i be interested in unc? its a good school with a solid d1 running program. and you still haven't answered my question............
with the motivation of showing off for brie felnagle and the kaltenbachs, you'd think they'd be faster

Those ARE the standards for consideration for partials.
