Since I train by myself I use a watch but I only use a cheap analog watch, and run for a good hour, then for the second run of the day I don't where one I just run until I get bored. For the intervals I just use a stopwatch.

I don't wear a watch so I would have never known the last post before yours was 3 years ago unless I happened to see the date posted.
