As a lifelong Democrat, even I am offended by the inefficient and unsecure elections held in the loony state of California.

1. Why would you give the cases much chance “on the merits” generally?

2. If they were dismissed on technical grounds, you might want to use that fact to insinuate that nefarious forces were at work. That works along the lines of conspiratorial thinking as addressed earlier in the thread. Occam’s razor might suggest, however, that the same lawyers who couldn’t manage the technical circumstances are the sort of fools given to filing frivolous lawsuits.

and of course, I might be willing to discuss the history of the lawyers, doing the filing and an objective assessment from other lawyers about the skill and legal merit evidenced in their work on these cases

His abandonment of Ukraine. You're drinking the kool aid. He discourages his supporters from mail-in voting. So it follows that the early returns are more Republican than Democrat. So it makes sense that early returns favor Republicans and the mail-in ballots, which are counted later, would favor Democrats. You don't have to a genius to realize that. If the last ten years was a script for a Hollywood movie it would have been rejected for being too far-fetched. What in-the-h*ll has happened to our Country?

"Ballot harvesting" sounds nefarious, but it just means "Having someone else turn in your ballot". When you say "not technically fraud" you mean "not fraud". The GOP can, and does, collect ballots from likely Republican voters (they made a big deal of that in 2024 and I assume they have continued).

The ballots have to be signed by the voter (and the signature is checked. I know someone whose ballot was rejected because the signature didn't match) so I'm not too worried about it.
