Lots of mistakes were made on both sides.
If she hadn't illegally parked sideways in the street, she'd be alive today.
If she had moved her car when told to do so, she'd be alive today.
Had she gotten out of the car when told to do so when surrounded by ICE agents with guns! She'd be alive today.
Had she not attempted to drive away, she'd be alive today.
On the other side, the agent aproaching the car ordering her to get out did not use proper procedure.
The agent in front of the car lost situational awareness. It's one of the things taught in basic armed self defense classes. I think he was more concerned about filming the confrontation. NOTE: There's a name for this. It's called cognitive tunneling... "Often discussed in aviation, driving, and emergency response when operators become locked onto instruments or one task and lose broader situational awareness."
I'm a conservative. I support ICE. This woman was wrong. She made bad decisions to take illegal actions. Her wife made a horrifically bad decision in shouting, "Drive! Drive! Drive!"
Still, I've seen every camera angle released so far. I've attended multiple armed self-defense classes. I don't think that was a justified use of deadly force. I don't know if a jury would convict him, but he wouldn't want me on the jury.
tl;dr The far left behind-the-scenes powers are celebrating today because they finally agitated one of their useful idiots enough to provoke ICE agents enough to get themselves killed, so now they have their martyr to escalate their violence.
If Trump wasn't president she would be alive today.
