If you aren't having a serious discussion, there is no point continuing with you. I had you on ignore earlier, and your post is, in effect, telling me that was a good choice. But that is a weak excuse. You post very frequently on certain topics, and seem to want your opinion taken seriously. You even exhibit anger and frustration when other posters take a different view. So your justification for insulting people with hyperbole seems shallow.
As I explained before, and it doesn't seem to have penetrated, the First Amendment is implicated when the government makes a law prohibiting speech. Facebook was told by the FBI that an disinformation dump would occur. Facebook wasn't told to not publish what they wanted to publish, and they were free to publish what they wanted to publish. The fact that their platform did allow discussion of the laptop and the government didn't punish them for it demonstrates that the FBI did prevent Facebook from doing what it was willing to do. And note that the FBI has no lawmaking or rulemaking authority, so it is obvious that the FBI didn't pass a law affecting the speech of Facebook or the people who post on Facebook.
But I guess you are going back on ignore.
