I think you need to make sure you know what you're talking about before you try to clarify things you don't even understand yourself.

Isaac didn't know what to do with the laptop. He asked his father who was a retired Air Force colonel what to do. His father took a copy of the drive to the FBI in the summer of 2019 and they told him to get lost.

In October 2019 the FBI figured out what was on the drive and scheduled an interview with Isaac. They determined it was legitimate and in December of 2019 they issued Paul a subpoena and seized the drive from him.

As the Trump impeachment trial went on and Ukraine was discussed but no mention was made of the information on the laptop Isaac reached out to congress to ask why and told them about the laptop for months from early 2020 into the summer of 2020. Only after being ignored by the FBI and Congress did Isaac reach out to Giuliani. On September 24th, 2020 Isaac submitted the laptop to Senator Ron Johnson through the whistleblower link on his website. Senator Johnson released a senate report on Biden's business dealings from the laptop and then Giuliani gave it to the NY Post.

The FBI knew with 100% certainty the laptop was real.

Senator Chris Murphy and Adam Schiff and countless other Democrats immediately hit the press circuit to declare that the laptop was fake Russian disinformation.

Facebook killed the story. Twitter killed the story and banned anyone who mentioned it including the New York Post.

The entire mainstream media willingly lied and ran with the "Russian disinformation" narrative.

Zuckerberg's statement wasn't vague at all. There's only 2 possibilities. He lied or the FBI lied. We know they both have a history of lying. Either the FBI willingly tampered in the election, Facebook tampered in the election, or much more likely they BOTH tampered in the election.

Zuckerberg spent $400 MILLION of his own money on the 2020 election buying votes and making sure unmonitored drop boxes were placed everywhere in battleground states.

The DOJ said they were done with the review for attorney-client privilege, not the court.

In any case, Trump's half-wit lawyers waited two weeks after the seizure of documents to file the motion to enjoin (i.e., stop) the DOJ review of seized documents pending appointment of a Special Master. This was a motion that could have had in the can, ready to go, on the day of the documents seizure, but they waited two weeks for god knows what reason to file it, and now its essentially moot.

If nothing else, Trump needs to hire new lawyers to sue his current lawyers for malpractice. WTF is wrong with these idiots?

It usually takes longer to build a case for white collar and national security crimes. And Federal prosecutors don't like announcing any charges until they have their ducks in a row on all potential charges. That is true for several reasons, but one is that the resolution often is plea bargained and they can't bargain until they know all the charges.

It was always a formality. When the FBI raids your house specifically to seize documents that incriminate the FBI they aren't going to give them up just because some judge says they have to.

I think you are saying that, despite everything the FBI and DOJ have said in their court filings about conducting a criminal investigation into mishandling of classified information, what they are really doing is using the law to seize documents embarrassing to the FBI from Trump, so that those documents, if all goes according to plan, never see the light of day. The documents never get used in any later criminal prosecutions mentioned in the search warrant -- such criminal prosecution using the documents in open court before a judge and jury and the media being the LAST thing the FBI or DOJ want to happen.

Did I correctly summarize your new theory on why the DOJ and FBI sought a search warrant for documents 18 months after identifying them? If true, this is fantastic news for Trump. The DOJ is terrified of actually prosecuting him and just wants this all to go away now that they have the FBI embarrassing documents back in their possession. They will be shutting this whole thing down in the next few days, I suspect.
