Trey Gowdy was a respected Federal prosecutor and it was decided that he would be the one to view the documents..

He looked at them, took notes and then he and the investigators and Nunes wrote the memo...

Before the memeo was released it was vetted by an FBI lawyer who agreed the memo was accurate...

I don't know who is lying but I strongly suspect it is Adam Schiff and the Dems...
