This is just like a new store opening everyone runs to it. The second year will tell the entire story. Their first year was bound to be a success. Let's see if they can keep up the Walmart trend. I registered after it was getting so much attention on this site.
I just found out the Indy Classic Marathon will have a who's who list of dignitaries from the military taking part in the Marathon. Announcements is to start this week.
I knew last week that this New Marathon was going to be a big hit. They have a who's who list of Military Officials who will be coming to this event. Announcements should start coming shortly.

I know a few so called race directors who needs to be held accountable if your marathons dont start cranking out the numbers.
It's not to late for some of you to jump on board. I know one of the female organizers who has said to me. She invite the race community to join together and make Indianapolis known for marathons. I was told their marathon board would like many from Indianapolis running community to join them. To be part of something new and challenging. To become a team member. If any of you are interested go online and give your name and they will contact you. All information will be held confidential. There's plenty to do and many years to come. This race is here to stay.
