Nobody is above the law but, in the same sense, there is no way a driver is getting pulled over on the highway for going +1 mph over the speed limit. For those claiming hush money is a weak crime, you need to focus on election fraud. Hush money is perfectly legal for a citizen to do. It is not perfectly legal for a Prez candidate to do two weeks before an election. Trump signed on to the election laws when he decided to run. A very idiotic move because he could never abide by typical citizen laws.

note that the US Constitution requires DeSantis to send Trump to NY if required.
DeSantis knows this, but that by saying he would not send trump to NY, that means he is an insurrectionist and has abandoned his oath to defend the constitution.
Trump says he wants to suspend the Constitution, DeSantis openly says he will not follow the Constitution...this is why I put the word 'conservative' in quotes. These people are not conservative. They are openly for overturning the US Constitution.

There is NO WAY that Trump doesn't just voluntarily turn himself in over this. If he doesn't, he will be cuffed and perp walked. Pretty sure he doesn't want that.
