Without the US there would be no flow of capital or ideas either.
This is just silly. There was exchange of ideas in Europe long before the US even existed. Ever heard of the Renaissance or the Age of Enlightenment? Where do you think our ideas about democracy and capitalism originated?
Good lord...
Europe didn't know the western hemisphere even existed prior to the 15th century.
Contact between China and Europe was minimal at best.
Contact between sub-Saharan Africa and Europe was minimal at best.
My comment was referring to the fact that with the US intervening in WW2 and what came after the world would be a military dictatorship or a communist hellhole because the Axis or the Soviets would be ruling the world.
You appear to be incapable of reading and comprehension.
The analysis I have shared is common knowledge via highly reputable sources and was publicly scrutinized for years. As you might know, this was equal application of the law, if not more slanted towards Hillary Clinton. 11 highly partisan GOP-led investigations aka witch hunts turned up nada.
You, on the other hand, have no credible sources to refute me. Let's see the credible sources contradicting what I've asserted. As many of us know, Trump is a criminal in so many capacities. Since you champion his cause against all truths, this is a direct reflection of your lack of character and integrity.

Geez, you are all over the bloody map. I can’t keep track of what time period or point you are even arguing about. Now you say this is about the world post-WWII but you were the one that brought up the British Empire and Portuguese deep-water navigation.
I agree the US military hegemony did play an important role in opening up global trade and globalization after WWII. But having a strong military with a global presence was a core principle of conservatism. You argued that Trump governed as a conservative, but he was much more inclined towards pulling back our military from the global arena and letting other countries fend for themselves. Trump’s policies about trade and foreign military aid and commitments were more in align with the traditional “left” than with the Reagan/Bush traditional “conservative” worldview.
It might not be, but it's a capitalist one. And conservatives ally with business. If you don't like globalism, have a re-think.
Foreign intervention isn't a leftist cause, there was no bigger opponent of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars than the Left. Now the people who would have shouted traitor at any protesters opposing the war on February 15, 2003 are saying they were with them all along.
It isn't just Trump supporters who think what you've described is a problem. Trump supporters have no ideas or long-term strategy. They just want to return to a past their own right-wing ideas destroyed.
"Trump supporters have no ideas or long-term strategy. They just want to return to a past their own right-wing ideas destroyed."
You can't say things this stupid and be taken seriously.
All of societies biggest problems can be directly contributed to the left.
Here's an example: some on the Right have a longing for a time when one income was sufficient to raise a family and one parent (usually the woman) would raise children without working.
Well ok, I disagree with the traditionalist aspect of this but if you can get to a world where we work less and have enough to raise a family then I'm all for it.
You probably blame feminism for destroying half income families but really it's the Right's obsession with GDP and desire of business to want more work(ers) while limiting pay to maximize profits, has made it impossible for an average family to do it.
If the Right really wanted one/half income families they should have been backing workers rights and labor unions and not Ronald Reagan.

Where are you getting the idea that a strong military with a global presence is only a conservative idea??
Democrats entered both world wars. Democrats entered Vietnam and Korea.
That has been corrected. You misdirect by posting outdated sources. If Hillary Clinton had done this she would be rotting in a cell and Trump would have made sure of it. Your ignorance is astonishing. Who supports you? How do you manage to keep up a job? All you do is post, post, post like a seagull taking craps everywhere. The women must swoon all over you.
A U.S. State Department investigation of Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server while she was secretary of state has found no evidence of deliberate mishandling of classified information by department employees.

The left destroyed the family by incentivizing broken homes.
Unions have jumped the shark. The American manufacturing base wasn't destroyed by feminism it was destroyed by morons in unions ignoring reality and demanding things they knew would kill their own industries.

The Clintons (and most of the World's so-called elites (aka garbage) are obviously above the law - see Epstein's "suicide" and Maxwell's conviction where there were actually no clients ?!?!?

Some of you are spending your Friday and Saturday nights having the same "I'm smart; you're stupid" thoughtless p!ssing contest that you've repeated ad nauseam for years. It's tragically pathetic. Touch grass.
let people spend their Fridays and Saturdays how they want, Paris Hilton.
I'm not stopping them from doing so, merely pointing out that the way they choose is pathetically sad.
