Russia has never expressed any desire to conquer all of Ukraine. If that was the plan they would be focusing on Kiev and not the Donbas.

I saw things from the Russian perspective about thirty minutes ago. I saw things from the Russian perspective a few days ago too when I was thinking about Syria. Probably every time I think about Russia, I see things from the Russian perspective. I suspect nearly everyone who thinks about Russia's invasion of Ukraine does the same.

What YOU need to do is to try answer your own stupid rhetorical question (see above). Type the answer from your Russian perspective if you have to, but at least try to answer your owning fvcking rhetorical question and tell us why it matters. Can you do that, Jane?

The only reason the Mexican government would refuse the offer of American help eradicating the cartels is the fact that the cartels are probably heavily imbedded/influential in the corrupt Mexican government.
