While he is an extraordinary athlete, he would not do all that well at Crossfit at the top level competitions. His skills are quite different than those required at the Crossfit Games. Believe it or not, he wouldn't have the type of muscular endurance required for Crossfit. He's got a bit too much fast twitch...for lack of a better description. He's also a bit small and it would take years to develop all the lifting and gymnastic techniques.
Again...this is not to take anything away from him...or even claim that anyone is any fitter...just to point out he would not necessarily do all that well at top level Crossfit contests.
The top Crossfit competitors are a strange breed. They are able to generate enormous power over a long period of time. You don't really need lightning fast quickness or explosiveness.
