NO Mulvaney/DJohnson/Gordon
Guess we'll see them at NE's
Can anyone confirm that they are healthy and running? Injuries? Other? UMASS holding out those three seems relatively random.

No word yet. They may say something tomorrow in the student newspaper, since they typically try to talk to the coaches about the results. Recently, the school newspaper reported on the increase of seasonal flu cases, so they could be sick right now.
word on the street is one of saint hoes top runners was drunk saturday night and did dip and threw up like a tool. some runners cant handle their tobacco. any rumors on how this will affect A10s and regionals? the next question is will their homosexual tendencies help the team synergy and balance out the vomiting? only time will tell.

How about Dentamo defending hs crown as CHAMP?
Bunch of pansies in this league.
After the effort put up by SU in the Northeast, who will make Nationals from the A-10. My response is nobodyyy.
That couldn't have been Bell's ghost because surely he would know how to spell Bell's first name right. If it was the ghost, you know that he would be haunting Woody, not posting on letsrun.
Slow weekend for the A10
Duquesne at Carniege-Melon
URI/UMass(B) at NE's
Oct16/17 heats upi- PreNats-PennState, then 2 weeks
taper til A10's :)
I heard that UMASS is not going to Taper before A10s. They are going to steamroll through the league just like they have before.
They have bigger teams to worry about.

You heard wrong. We'll taper for A10s, but have a hard workout the week before.
You know nothing of our training.

Stolar and Lemon look too strong this year
steamroll through?...not this year biatch. winning last year by 1 point? not beating teams as much during the season like you did last year...doesn't look good for UASS
Have they actually run that workout in the past 20 years? I believe you are showing your age. I've run it. It's a great course. I miss training in that area

Has La Salle been reduced to a high level D3 team?

are you kidding me so they had a bad race it happens every team has them and how quick you are to forget how well they ran 2 weeks ago at Paul Short, anyways last yr they rolled this weekend and blew at A10s, I trust Tropey to do something to fix that this year.
So after this weekend does Dayton's performance at pre-nats taking down Umass does that finally make them the team to beat? What happen to Anderson out there anyways? What about Richmond this weekend what was that?
UMass men did not have its best performace at Pre-Nats, and O'Brien recognizes that. Every team has one of those meets.
From the Daily Collegian (today's edition):
With two weeks before the team’s next race, O’Brien understands that it is a crucial time of preparation balanced with rest.
“You try to tie up a lot of loose ends with the last weeks of the season,” O’Brien said “We have to be more cognizant of the proper amount of work and the proper amount of rest.”
Meanwhile, the UMass women finally got their top runner from previous years running again (Shiyi Zan). She's been dealing with illness in the beginning half of the season, but has been running well the last 2 meets. However, a freshman is leading their squad now, Courtney Baldwin, a late edition to their squad/season.
Dayton had a pretty bad race at Pre-nats across the board. I was disappointed, they ought to improve a ton from that race.
