I voted for you so you should win now.

How many votes does he need to get through round 2?
It looks like Tiffany in 16th place has a triathlon bike. How cool would that be to have a Dominican female training partener/roommate.

Dudes, Eric is getting 'pwned'. The dream is over. I thought the votes from round one carry over... i guess i need to reread the rules.
I voted for him. Everyone help out!!!
Perhaps a new thread (with a title emphasizing that you're now in Rd 2) would make more letsrunners aware of your situation. I know that I rarely read megathreads unless I've followed them throughout. I suspect that many others are the same way; thus, a second thread filling us non-megathreaders in might bump up your vote count.
Just a thought. . .
if you are investing your time voting for some random dude, who is clearly a lunchbox, then you too are a thermos full of pee pee. seriously, this thread and its subject are both very very lame.
put thread to bed. cheers.

I just voted for him, everyone on here should. It took 5 minutes to help this guy get a chance to show off distance running on mainstream TV.
For the good of the sport VOTE!

Now, don't get me wrong- I've been with E from the beginning on his quest to make the show. However, I really don't understand why people think that, even IF he makes it (which is a very big "if"), he will somehow be able to "show off distance running on mainstream TV". People, allow me to tell you about a little something that producers use in reality television: it's called 'editing'. Unless he's all running all the time, then chances are that any of his running antics will get edited out. The show has writers that develop and edit storylines from the footage. Thus, unless his running somehow factors into a larger plot, it will not ever be shown.
At any rate, my salient point is that you shouldn't kid yourself about Eric making the show and being able to achieve any real exposure for runners.
Cheers, though- I'll keep on voting...
