And for all the talk about Ukraine losing the war if Western aid is halted (it won't), what Russian army will be able to take all of Ukraine? the most amazing thing here that USA and EU paid around $300 bln to support Ukrainein the last 2 years. It was expected those money will be paid by RUssia while USA will wage guerilla war in Ukraine. But being somewhat lucky Putin avoided taking whole Ukraine and avoided paying.

The media is slower with open source intel. Much of which is understandable because they are smaller snap shots that need to be taken collectively to come to a broader conclusions. Reports from well known outlets regarding broader trend changes are many weeks behind independent OSINT sources. But this is neither. One of the jets was confirmed downed independently. But maybe more will be confirmed. Many times they need to jump on reports without any OSINT confirmation to have a story, as inaccurate as it is.
