Well......not like that. More like I coached a then aged 16 Kenyan ( before coached in USA) in some month to become one of Kenya`s 3 best juniors at XC and a couple of Kenyan marathoners to wins in Valencia marathon, Nice -Cannes marathon and PB:s like 2:07 - 2:10 and a female Kenyan to a 1:07 half and a debut marathon at 2:26 . )))[/quote]

What do you think yourself? ))) It wasn`t just the amazing coaching of the 16 year old , also the wins ( and 2:nd place) at a couple of international half marathons by some other elite Kenyans I coached. And I must of course add that no one of them hired me, I coached them all for free. :)

How did they contact you? According to what you said earlier, you started coaching in 2015 and your big claim to fame was coaching a Norwegian to a 2:27 marathon. You said Kenyans, I'm assuming the 16 year old and the elite Kenyans you're talking about here, noticed the Norwegian and wanted to join in. So they contacted you later in 2015 and you coached them for free to these results in Fall of 2015? Are elite Kenyans always scouring the world looking for coaches who can get a northern European from a 2:40 to a 2:27 marathon? Did they just email you then and you sent them your program? Are they the ones who told Kamwowor about you so he wanted to switch to your program during a year in which he was a world champion and Olympian?

Mr Jan; why do you say when people do bad it's not your fault? Why do your runners do such amazing workouts when no one is around, but they never race, or get sick, or just disappear? We Google these runners and nothing comes up. If you Google your name nothing comes up eather, expect Let's Run board stuff and of course your site. I mean if you're so famous, wouldn't we be able to find you some where? I mean, l could understand if you're just a little guy coaching a few runners, but you claim to be the best in the world. That is a Huge RED FLAG!!!! Then let's get into all the suspicious, and I use this kindly, claims of athletes that don't seem to exist, and there is Much more. There is enough RED FLAGS for the whole Red Army when it comes to you.

You're claiming your famous. You claim elite Kenyans noticed a Norwegian running going from a 4:19 to a 4:09 1500m in 2.5 months and so they contacted you to coach them. How did they notice that? What race was that where a 4:09 1500m got publicized worldwide? How did they not notice the thousands of mediocre Division 3 runners who went from 4:19 to 4:09 in one track season?

And Kamwowor sometime between his world championship and his Olympics noticed the amazing results of unnamed Kenyans and maybe some mediocre Norwegian and tried to switch to your program.

You won't tell you because she doesn't exist.

So the Great Kamworor with all the GREAT coaches to choose from in the world, with GREAT credentials at the time ,and a great internet track record, chose you because you coached one runner from 2:40-2:27, but ultimately chose not to use you, so convenient for you there is no track record of it, only an obscure mention to a coach in Sweden, thanking him.. Again thanking him for what??? We have no idea since you claim to have never actually coached him.

You say you coached a Norwegian from 2:40-2:27, right? Ok, not exactly, you follow a pattern of saying that you coached athletes to great times, but they're other factors that lead to that time. One,everyone knows in a marathon especially, it's the months of long runs and mileage that where done before even hearing from you. This is very evident in Phil's case, when you started coaching him in late June, PR he ran a month later cannot be contributed to just you, but the marathon he ran in December can. And the result was horrible, actually it was a train wreck that we watch the whole time. Many people told you it was going to happen, and you defiantly claimed your greatness Till The Bitter End. You have a pattern of claiming you take runners to great times, but it's really the work they did before you, but when they get sick, injured, or quit running, or move on to another coach, it's not your fault. No better example of the shear lack of knowledge you have when it comes to marathon and distance coaching, is the Sub 2:19 thread. For months we watched Phil struggle through your workouts, as you defiantly beat your chest claiming that he's going to run a 2:15, as all the naysayers doubted you. The result was a 2:34 on a lighting fast course. Who in their right mind would seek coaching from you after that and the mysterious thread about a nonexistence sprinter that you are turning into a champion distance runner.

So Kamworor looks around the world for coaches that coach male runners to 2:27 marathons? Nevermind the fact, was the 2:40 his first marathon, was he sick when he ran the 2:40, was it run on a slow course, was the 2:27 run on a fast course? MOST Important, why would this dude care about a dude running slower then most top women do?
