DMR is great because the milers typically dont' get the baton at the same time, so it allows for some great walkdowns, and awful deaths. I've seen some great mile finishes. Saw Joe Falcon overcome a deficit to beat the Cheruiyot brothers of St Marys at Penn. Anchored with a 3:53. DMR sets up some great performances.
I think the DMR would be fantastic in the Olys. Many of the teams would be right there at the 1600 leg. I would love to see Kiprop with a 2/3 sec defecit behind Centro, Willis, Gebremedhin, Louf. etc
