He did drop hime about 2 weeks ago.. but as we know, it doesn't matter who did what last year, last month, last week. Its about who is the fastest on that given day.

That 10k was great, out hard from the gun with a 4:37 first mile. It took 30:09 to make AA, probably the fastest D3 championship race ever. Nelson's 30:16 winning time last year would have been good for 10th.
Sullivan wins in a great race for the men. Cazzola wins the best, deepest ever women's 1500. The Luther woman made the women's race a great one by going from way back into the lead after 400, forcing everyone to fly. The Luther woman at 4:23 is a freshman? She's going to be a force for years.
that steeplechase final was awesome. Congrats to Leduc, 4 second PR.
Hopefully, anyway. A lot can happen in 4 years. Very impressive for a freshman, though. Great men's 1500 and steeple, too. Very fun meet to watch! UW schools doing some dominating per usual.

Sullivan in 3:46.19 for a stadium record, very nice. Last 800 in 1:57. He might just be able to run a sub 4 mile.
John Crain ran the last mile of the 5000 in 4:17 and 800 in 2:02 in the 5000, good one. Bill Jones ran 2:03. He looked really good, not sure what happened with him in the 10K.
North Central, with four guys in the 10K, has been a distance powerhouse for a long time. Their coach should write a book.
So few posting about this great meet. After predicting slow times for the distances after last year, the men's 5k and 10k were the deepest in history. 30:09 to make AA, with Easker and Crain closing in sub-60.
The 5k started at a jog but everyone was really tearing it up in the last kilometer, sub-2:40 by a bunch of guys. Crain needed a 4:18 last 1600m to secure the win.
After blowing up in the 10k Bill Jones came back with a solid second in the 5k despite losing a shoe 2k into the race.
To me the most dramatic races were the men's steeple and the women's 1500. LeDuc and Davies battled all the way to the tape, with LeDuc just out leaning FTW after falling on the last hurdle. The finish line scene looked like a triage zone with guys laid out all over the track. And the women's 1500m rewrote the all time list -- 4:28 to make AA.

What happened to the indoor national champion in the 5k. Did he double in the 10?
does the lacrosse track have to be wheeled out with all those fast times?

Stadler was in 3rd with 200m to go and made a run at the lead, but faded to 6th in the stretch. He didn't double.

Steeple was by far the best race, what a finish. Leduc could drop an 8:40 next year.
