Of course Obama knew. His treasury secretary is one of his cabinet members. Nothing gets done without Obama knowing. Notice no outrage on his part on any of these numerous scandals. But like any business that engages in nefarious activities the guy at the top has layers of buffers. If the shit hits the fan the guys in the middle o bottom fall on their swords. That's part of the deal and everyone knows that going in.
The scary part of all these terrorist and political scandals is the ones we dont know about yet. If we know of all these things like protecting islamic terrorists and political harrassment, among other things, imagine the shit that's going on as we speak that we dont know about. How many terrorists are being let off the hook because Obama doesn't want to get in the way of his buddies? How many political persecutions are going on that we dont know about? How many threats and intimidations dont we know about? Obama and his administration are the most scandalous of any in history. There isn't even a close 2nd. That's putting it mildly. Aiding and abetting the enemy is closer to the truth.
Conservative PACs are simply trying to get unfair tax treatment as non-profits. Liberal PACs are likely guilty as well. But, conservative PACs are flooding the IRS with requests for treatment as non-profits under the guise they are tea-party groups working, not for a political end, but for the better good.

It's back to Junior High for you, Little John. The Senate and House of Representatives are the ones that make the laws, not the executive branch.

So you're basing your conclusion that "Obama and his administration are the most scandalous of any in history" on scandals "we dont know about" and "shit that's going on as we speak that we dont know about"? Methinks your tinfoil hat is on a bit too snugly there, Alice.

People in these positions take orders from the top - namely Obama and his administration - just like they took orders from Bush FIVE years ago. 75 out of the 300 organizations the IRS selected for "special scrutiny" were Tea Party groups. So over one quarter of ALL the organizations "selected" were Tea Party groups - just a coincidence of course. Not only did they unfairly target these groups for political reasons, much of the information the groups were ordered to provide is ILLEGAL for the IRS to request.

You should go back and read the whole story like I had to. The headof the IRS at the time was a Bush appointee but held over by obama. I know facts dont make the best story for us partisan liberals and conservatives, but facts are pesky things.
