Ok, that as good one.
We'll throw you a bone.

Nope, but you know they had to flip Mammoths. That's even more badass.
No, you misunderstood. Mammoth tipping, not mammoth flipping.
Due to mammoth extinction, cows are now used.

It is pretty impressive what you can achieve when you put your mind to it. This lady got so strong in her 40's, 90% of male runners would look pale (literally) next to her. How awesome is that?

This is an amazing transformation. She deserves a ton of credit for putting in the work.
It's really too bad that you have to turn such a positive article & story into a negative by trying to use it to put down "90% of male runners". I can guarantee you that with this woman's positive attitude, she would vomit if she read the way you've used her story.
Impressed? A little but we are runners and this is a running forum. I would be more impressed if she could run a sub 19 5k. We run, we race!

I'm glad you were inspired by this advertisement. Seriously, did you see the number of supplements she takes each day? And that, conveniently, they're all available on the Bodybuilding website. How nice of them!

I love MILF's, not bad at all...
Xfit guy. I am pretty sure on a logic things that will never happen. If you have her running times then post if not don't assume she can. We know what happens to assuming.

She has just gone from one end of the spectrum to the other. She used to be over weight, out of shape and did not care what she looked like. Now, she is obsessed with her body image, swapped out the cancer risk of smoking for tanning, and is so overly pumped up that she is scary looking. And according to her bio, she doesn't even do crossfit. She goes to a gym called the "Trainning Edge".
I wonder if xfitguy is even an xfitter or just a distance running troll. Methinks he tries too hard at times.
Don't listen to these runner runts. I would like to meet you studmuffin. I'm your type of 'lady'.
No -- I'm not 41.
Is 6% bodyfat healthy for a woman?

If you check it out, you will see that his handle is too long to register. They appear to have a 20 character limit. So you don't know how many of these posts are him (assuming he's not a troll, which is debatable of course) and how many are outright trolls.
I don't think the one that says "crossfit sucks" are him.

Dude, your trolling was mildly amusing at first. Mildly. Now it's just tiresome and old. Please find a new bit.

I just wonder why someone so into crossfit would come to a message board about distance running? Why would the thought even cross your mind? I'm not into fishing, I have no idea where fishermen talk about it on the net, nor do I care to and I sure dont want to go on there talking about how fishing is stupid. weird.

If you are successful at what you do there are many who are envious. Same is happening to me off and online. On here, people will abuse my nick to post derogatory things about crossfit.
And then of course there are clowns like TREX with his conventional wisdom a la "saturated fat is bad for you", "grains are awesome" and "you're gay". But I think most people see right through him.

I used to run a lot more, heck, I even "SLOGGED" like you guys. Until I realized that all that running damage my muscles and in the end, there was an alternative. Maintaining superior running abilities without any SLOGGING. Just heavy lifting, CROSSFIT STYLE SPRINT REPEATS and the ocasional SUPER FAST 5K race (with backpack). Couple that with a PALEO diet/lifestyle and you got a recipe for SUCCESS.
